Well Toon Boom has released the latest version of the software. THe article basically speaks of all of the new features in the program that any animator should take advantage of.
Some of the new features listed are different blurs even a spiral blur that you can use to animate things like water going down a drain. Lens flares, an amazing feature to be honest, because now you have no need to design the lens flare yourself and can be a regular old michael bay..
